Town Ordinances

PLEASE NOTE:  The Paragonah Town Code of Ordinances are supplemented from time-to-time with amendments and additions made by Paragonah Town.  The specific legal sources that comprise each ordinance has been adapted during the codification process from the original formatting of the official hard copy.  In the event of any descrepancies between the online content and the official hard copy, the official hard copy governs.  The online codes are for informational and convenience purposes only.  

Paragonah Town is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of codes and ordinances. Our goal is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the Paragonah Town Code and Ordinances.
